我的標準是仰臥起坐41下,伏地挺身48下,3000是14分50秒,但是我反而不擔心跑步,我擔心的是我兩分鐘內,都很難達到仰臥起坐或伏地挺身的標準,請問一下,是否有什麼訣竅?因為我ㄧ開始都做蠻快的,到了過一分鐘之後,我發現愈到後面愈沒力了,剩下的次數要在一分鐘內完成發現蠻難的,請問是�
