年紀大概才高中快畢業不知道現在練還來不來得及之前是有練過每天仰臥起坐40下伏地挺身30下可是我真的吃不胖我每天都吃碗公的分量的食物我不會說很挑青菜水果只要家裡有主的菜我幾乎都會吃其實我有腹肌和二頭肌之前練的到現在都還沒消只是因為我吃不胖所以練起來並不是說很好看加上我肩膀又
