高一生175cm62kg現在胖到66kg因為覺得手臂很弱想練腹肌!胸肌本來就有一點因為之前有練3年游泳所以就買滾輪、5kg啞鈴、拉環滾輪、啞鈴、拉環我亦天都各拉50下左右都分兩組還有伏地挺身大概40下可是我發現我做了3個月腹肌沒啥出來啊!我拉環還是只能用一根彈簧阿....肚子還是沒有說很硬個人覺得肚子有
