我是高三生,每天都有在做跳繩5組100下.啞鈴5組30下.握力訓練5組50下.仰臥起坐3組20下(這個剛開始在練,做不太多下)每天都會去打球,每天都投上百科,可是準確度卻都沒提高本人打3對3,喜歡傳球給別人讓對方得分,但是最近發現我只靠傳球好像會變成團隊的拖油瓶(因為人家封鎖我的傳球,還是他們防守很嚴,��
