小弟今年透過推甄上大學希望未來大學能加入系籃不過因為待了重考班一年的關係基礎體能目前呈現低落的狀態==所以想利用這段假期(約3個月)來增進自己的籃球能力不知道各位有什麼訓練的建議可以提供給小弟我嗎??多謝囉還有順便想請問一下之前我有段時間會鍛鍊自己的腕力(用伏地挺身跟舉啞鈴)結�
