我想瘦手臂(掰掰肉)我的方法是右手往上伸直,然後彎下到左肩的位置,再抬起來往上伸直這樣左右交替,這是以前別人教我的可是我不知道我用多重的啞鈴比較好耶?(我是女生,160公分,50公斤)也忘了要做幾下?請知道的人告訴我,謝謝!
