我個人不胖最近迷上健身想變精壯然而我是個大胃王又因工作關係是外食族我每餐幾乎都是50元便當不喝含糖飲料會喝無糖豆漿我每天都會做仰臥起坐伏地挺身各150下(間歇)每周末假日都會跑20KM和騎20KM的腳踏車雖然我有如此運動量但我怕我每餐吃便當所產生的熱量會抵銷我的運動量我這幾個禮拜是有嘗�
