小弟今天21身高177體重51從小到到沒胖過三餐都算正常一個禮拜或去吃一次吃到飽的燒烤外加一次薑母鴨或羊肉爐也常常去吃火鍋但不管怎麼吃就是一樣瘦重點是吃得也不比別人少感覺在浪費國家糧食每個禮拜都會打籃球 桌球 羽球每天都做伏地挺身 仰臥起坐 舉啞鈴真的搞不懂為什麼會這麼瘦我好
