小弟身高171體重85想趁暑假減重減越多越好請幫我排一個減重的日程表~EX:幾點~幾點跑步之類的~早午晚餐什麼運動都行吃什麼都可以最重要的是有效我的手上臂有肌肉(內側倒是有肥肉)之前有拿啞鈴這樣會不會減不下來?P.S拜託別打什麼減肥課程~減肥藥的廣告~我要的是自己努力減的那種流程!!
