是否我過度舉啞鈴?但是我覺得還好吧,我才拿4KG的啞鈴練!而且動作有上網查才練的!排除姿勢錯誤~只是才練沒幾天,我的2隻手又酸又痛,手要強硬伸直會很痛而已經伸不直了...我也覺得太扯了!拉起來約2秒,放下約3秒算一下!每天也才(一手)50下左右!才練個4天.....還是這是正常現象,是否��
