我大概每天洗澡前會站著舉5輪(我有挺胸,手貼緊)一輪30下,做完一輪右手換左手,每輪休息1到2分鐘5輪完後在作浮地挺身20下可是我這樣做了快1個月了,我的手臂還是一樣平(是有比較硬)而且右手明顯比左手臂還硬,讓我感到很挫折,請問我的方法有錯誤嗎?還是需要加強些什麼?請各位大大給予意見~另外最近想
