我有再做慢跑(1600M)、衝刺(100M5趟)、伏地挺身(25下)、仰臥起坐(60下)請問運動的先後順序怎樣會比較好之前我的先後順序是仰臥起坐、伏地挺身、慢跑、衝刺但是我在網路上有看到要先跑步然後再做伏地挺身,但是要是這樣我慢跑衝刺完之後,就絕對不可能再做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐了,因為會沒體力(重��
