在家自己會鍛鍊一下身體伏地挺身+仰臥起坐不知道是我不夠重還是怎樣覺得線條還是不明顯==不知道各位有沒有看過WWE的RandyOrton他的身體就練得很棒沒有說到很噁心線條膚色都很好可是我覺得我胸肌線條有是有但是不夠凸我17968公斤左右我是不是要再多吃才有多餘的肉讓線條更好看啊??重點來了我以前��
