關於手臂太瘦伏地挺身問題 - 伏地挺身

想請問大大我大概180CM左右但只有57KG算滿瘦的了一直以來想讓手臂肌肉變粗一點但偏偏體重就是上不去想問除了伏地挺身還能做啥可以讓手臂變粗?還需要吃一些什麼平常生活就能馬上吃到的食品呢?伏地挺身又有什麼正確方法?如果體重不增加手臂就不可能變粗嗎??
