我想練手臂的肌肉練調還有胸肌腹肌伏地挺身和仰臥起做算重要訓練嘛我高1聽人家說青少年不可以做重量訓練喔?不然會長不高使用ㄇ字型握把和啞鈴應該算重量訓練吧希望有好心的人可以各訴我
