仰臥起作X50伏立挺身X30單手舉14P啞鈴X30(左右手)以上算一組我每天都做兩組我目前每天晚上約11點多會開始訓練因為開學的關西練的時間有被壓縮到但又不想停止訓練以上的訓練我怕有不足的地方?我想加強手臂.腹部及胸部的訓練尤其是胸肌怎樣練才有型出來?尤其是下胸肌?大概要每天持續幾個月才有型?�
