不知道為什麼我做伏力體身的時候都能連續做四十幾下到第二天的時候變成連續三十幾下到第3天變成二十幾下到第四天竟然連十下也做不到不過過了十幾天沒做伏力體身在做的時候又能連續做四十幾下了啞鈴還有仰臥起坐及交互蹲跳也是一樣的情形不是每天鍛鍊就會變比較有力氣嗎為什麼我是越做越虛
