這是我哥交我的我這禮拜才開始練每天早上五點半起床做練腳的跳樓梯1次我數過大約120階6樓舉重物蹲舉150下重物重13.6公斤跳高40下就是連續盡力跳到最高跳繩400下不過沒跳繩==所以原地跳有離地半蹲1分鐘3組晚上練體格舉啞鈴20下3組伏地挺身30下3組仰臥起坐100下做完目前做了2天想知道效用多大然後會不
