我該如何安排棒球訓練 - 伏地挺身

平常在家我都會每半小時至少作10下的伏地挺身[1天3小時]每天揮棒100下[有加加重環的]禮拜1到5在學校慢跑至少8圈[1圈250公尺]因為最近才開始訓練但是我不知道怎麼安排所以有許多問題想請大大們解答1:我覺得我很胖有什麼訓練使可以我變壯[例如:手臂胸肌腹肌腰力下盤...等等]?[希望可以跟美國職棒的棒�
