各位大大好..我近日早餐都只吃香蕉+無糖豆漿中餐就沒有限制:米、肉、菜都吃晚餐也只喝無糖豆漿而已加上跑步運動1小時請問我這樣會瘦嗎?其實我不只是希望瘦也希望變壯些,所以也有舉啞鈴、伏地挺身、仰臥起坐的運動。我這樣ok嗎?..或是有更有效的方法?(請別貼網路上的喔)
