我還是學生,想趁著放暑假把身體鍛鍊起來我身高193公分,體重85公斤可是外表看起來有點瘦,所以我想要把身體練壯一點也想提升我肌肉的爆發力跟體力我很喜歡棒球,有在看大聯盟的球賽總覺得美國球員每個人的POWER都好猛==球只要被打到都又高又遠,然後就飛過牆暑假一開始我便定了重量訓練的項目1.啞鈴
