我想要請問一下,我現在170公分,46.47公斤,我每天晚上睡覺前,都會做70下仰臥起坐,15下伏地挺身,60下啞鈴,我每天睡覺前都會這樣做,這樣對我這個體格來講會太過超勞嗎?我已經做快一個禮拜了,手都不會感覺酸、痛,都沒症狀,那這樣我可以繼續這樣子練嗎??
