我現在國三目前172cm我每天舉啞鈴沒有很重我覺得算剛剛好的每天舉一百五十下預計不會太累會變成兩百下然後做伏地挺身20下預估不會太累會慢慢加上去30.40.50.60這樣慢慢加然後仰臥起坐五十下預估也會慢慢變多請問我這樣練會長不高嗎??我也要再打籃球還有如果要回答請不要貼文章之類的我希望可以��
