請問我現在小五,可以訓練什麼怎樣的訓練單呢?我現在46公斤,130公分(好矮==),(球速沒測過),我之前舉一手四磅的啞鈴(因為我可能力氣很小,只能舉這樣),但是我媽說我不能舉啞鈴,因為會長不高,還會傷到脊椎,所以請問有什麼重量訓練可以讓我做的嗎?請幫我設計一張訓練單!拜託!拜託!
