請教各位大大~該如何訓練前臂呢?我是高一生...身高168體重53上半身的肌肉應該都還ok之前有練胸肌六塊肌還有二頭肌還有伏地挺身但是...我的力氣練不大目前的器材有單簧的握力棒、20磅啞鈴但是我的前臂很小而且力氣小到連單簧的握力棒也沒辦法凹下去所以不知道有什麼辦法可以增加力氣以及訓練前��
