我舉啞鈴是一次連續舉1.2百下好還是慢慢舉舉10下一組然後休息一分鐘再繼續一組↑不過沒力..我第一組10下二10下三剩8下四5下五5下......這樣可以嗎(因為這是極限)哪個好?還有我想練最大力量跟肌耐力分別是怎麼練?曾經看過書上說是輕的舉很多次很多下快速這樣是練肌耐力最大力量是重慢慢舉舉少下然�
