小弟我目前國一升國二我每天伏地挺身200下仰臥起坐300下對空揮拳雙手各500下對沙包揮拳雙手各500下注(我的沙包140cm75kg)跑3000m蹲馬步5到10分鐘不等自己照者知識家的學問來訓練目前練了5年我的肌肉是爆發力型的(跟訓練方式有關例我的伏地挺身是很快下去然後瞬間彈上來那種請問還有甚麼訓練可以做還�
