我半年前開始減肥那時候是122.5公斤身高才175公分明顯就是豬一隻後來過了現在已經半年了剩下89公斤但是身上的肚子多餘的油還是很多而且還皺皺的我的運動是早上去公園跑步600公尺半年下來已經加到7圈也就是4200公尺還會再加下午是健身有基本的伏地挺身4組一組20下不抬腳踩地板的第二個是伏地挺身�
