拿啞鈴練肌肉問題我聽說練肌肉後~~最好要吃高蛋白..請問:我能吃雞蛋嗎~~能喝光泉鮮乳嗎??還有我的啞鈴...我第一次練是用3公斤練一個禮拜吧~~因為我身高172.體重才50多.過幾天我有舉5公斤的啞鈴~第一次10下~第二次~~7或8下第三次6下就覺得沒力了....酸酸的!!3公斤一次能舉15下~第二次10下~第三次8下就酸了
