我身高170體重55國2我最近才開始當捕手之前是內野請幫我定一個訓練表我現在是一天仰臥起坐30下伏地挺身45下背筋150下一個禮拜投600顆球左右不知道還要訓練什麼順便說一下案號有分什麼現在和我練的投手只會投四逢線
