我是高中生體育課測200時,我才跑34秒(這會很慢嗎)有些女生都比我快了所以我想跑得更快最好能跑到29秒或以內所以請大大幫我擬訂訓練計劃花11個月可能嗎那如果只有兩個月(暑假)能提升多少訓練上能不能在家可以做的總覺得天份比較重要我們班有個常常跑的人卻輸一個甚麼運動的人......Showmore
