新訓三個禮拜了,伏地挺身還是一下都做不起來怎麼辦 - 伏地挺身

新訓第一次作伏地挺身我勉強可以6、7下但是隨之來的酸痛與操課讓我每次作體能時,伏地挺身都下的去起不來我以為狀況會越來越好,因為我每件事情都有盡力去做了但似乎一點效果都沒有...第八個禮拜有鑑測、然後會去鳳山步校三個禮拜了,伏地挺身0下,單槓0下,爬竿翻強都不行以後該怎麼辦......
