我從去年2月開始伏地挺身~初期是一值做到60下~而後期則改用每組20下分2組的~有些微的胸肌囉~可是胸線只有下半部~為什麼?還有仰臥起坐~初期是一值做到5X下~1天+2下並且分2組每組都5X起跳~然後一做到每組90下~看到網路上卻說只要雙手抱胸~腳成90度並且起來做到30~45度左右就可以了?還有呼吸是怎樣低?我�
