請問如果有肥肉的人想要靠健身來達到有肌肉線條的出現.(如仰臥起坐+伏地挺身+舉啞鈴).這樣在有肥肉的狀況下直接練肌肉.練出來的肌肉線條是不是會不好看?還是說等肥肉減的差不多之後再來練肌肉線條比較好呢?
