小弟身材一直很瘦弱也嬌小十足是一個小女人的身材體重也不到50公斤我已經19歲了以前都有人開玩笑說被風吹走之類的話表面上嘻嘻哈哈心理上我還是很在意(有點自卑..力氣小做什麼都不方便..女生力氣都比我大上許多伏地挺身連一下標準的都不行..如果是在家裡該如何固定做哪一些?從幾下開始?請給小
