以前都是舉啞鈴練手臂因為小弟手臂以前有點肥肉就想說練啞鈴練結實一點誰知道手臂是練的有點結實了可是卻越來越粗~(暈了)我只想練細練線條出來而已我都是舉家裡的16鎊(左手)跟18鎊(右手)的啞鈴手臂就拿著成90度就跟我們拿碗那樣差不多然後往肩膀舉~重覆練到拿不起來為止這樣好像不正確可是那
