我是一個高一生170cm/60kg平常睡前都會做伏地挺身20下滾輪15~20下仰臥起坐30~45抬腿(練下腹肌的那種)5秒/次共10次飲食正常最近我想減掉我下腹部的脂肪因為蓋住腹肌惹(沒有說很厚)於是我星期二.四.天固定9點熱身完(體育課會做的那種)然後出去跳繩(在木頭材質的走道上)大概會跳20分鐘(中間有補充水分)然��
