如題我每天都會固定做伏地挺身400下.仰臥起坐200下.舉啞鈴和其他練手臂肌肉的運動(不是一次做完)!!請問每天做效果會比較好還是兩天做一次或隔幾天再做一次效果比較好?我是天天都做已經做了一年了雞肉線條跟胸肌也都有但會比兩天做一次或三天做一次的效果更佳嗎?我想問的是每天做還是還是隔幾��
