我現在國中2年級而已有再做伏地挺身1天做6~10組(看當天狀況而定)1組都12下仰臥起坐是偶而做而已這樣子會長不高嗎?這樣會不會過量影響長高?我很害怕!!目前17X會不會到不了180..
