問題如題名,本人現為高中二年級生,一年級時都在練習護身打法,和前迴轉之類的小動作,可是這樣不行啊,我想要更強。 我一到五都有2~3小時可以練習,假日幾乎都可以。之前是暑假每天慢跑15~20圈,伏地挺身、仰臥起坐,可是都沒啥有效的效果。 有教練教導,可是只有在星期五下午,�
