我剛上國3打算高中要打棒球所以我想利用這一年鍛鍊自己在暑假的期間我都做重量訓練例如:伏地挺身.仰臥起坐舉啞鈴等等~~~啞鈴一天3百下伏地一百次仰臥一百次隨然球速上升但控球真的很差球速也只有從本來的85~到95之間提升到了95~110KM投球還要仰壓球速才可以投進好球帶我朋友還特地在我邊邊教我��
