各位大大~~我是一個國二生想再高中的時候打棒球不過不知道要怎麼練比較好我每天都要自己練(除了禮拜二跟禮拜伍要補習外)1.舉啞鈴雙手各50下2.伏地挺身50下3.仰臥起坐60下4.跟爸爸傳接球1005.假日有和爸爸去打慢速壘球(止市捕手接球而已)國小有進入棒球隊因為國中沒有所以沒練了高中想繼續練不久前
