減肥當中攝取熱量 - 伏地挺身

我想請問說~我一天只吃兩餐食物是脫脂牛奶和一塊10元小麵包偶爾一兩天飯後會吃個小東西~這樣的熱量對我來說會太多嗎???現在體重差不多在75KG~身高174CM我每天都固定會跑操場3000M和分組做伏地挺身半小時差不多200多下我想在這暑假減到至少68~70KG請問各位大大有沒有什麼好意見...Showmore
