我現在身高165體重90公斤..因為最近有再開始控制食量..也有再做睡前運動(做到汗流浹背的那種)~~~無聊就搭配有氧運動的走法...但是我的上班內容!~不是站一整天就是坐著一整天.....請問!~我要受到55公斤左右還需要多久時間!~因為我聽說有停滯期早餐我都亂吃..飲料搭配便利商店的果菜汁..中餐就工廠的便
