最近想要減肥可是看到網路上說肌肉比較會消耗熱量所以也開始邊減肥邊練肌肉可是本來單手舉啞鈴可以到50下可是減肥吃比較少現在反而到30下手就非常酸可是感覺啞鈴拿起來感覺有變輕請問這是吃得少導致所需的熱量不夠還是過度減肥導致身體在消耗肌肉?!
