為什麼做重量訓練一段時間後,突然停了幾天肌肉會變酸 - 啞鈴

我之前都有在舉啞鈴和握力器,左右手各100下,但停了幾天後,手的肌肉變酸了,是為什麼啊?還有這時候手酸能再舉啞鈴嗎,還是要等手不酸在舉啞鈴
