請問阿我用啞鈴練倒立。我就是把兩手啞鈴拿在肩膀上,然後往上舉~這樣應該對練倒立有幫助吧?都是練撐的ㄚ~(我是站直)重點來了,如果我倒立雙手要支撐100公斤約220磅的重量,這樣我啞鈴是不是單手可以舉110磅就可以倒立ㄌ???...Showmore
