新訓的標準是3000公尺18分內跑完伏地挺身30下兩分鐘內做完仰臥起坐30下兩分鐘內做完目前我唯一能做到的是仰臥起坐伏地挺身我只能一次做25下3000公尺要20分~22分(不是跑跑停停的)而且還跑得很喘,小腿也有點痛以目前的狀況來說新訓會不會被操到不成人形我在想說是否還要再加強訓練的強度目前只剩��
