先跟各位說我是男生唷~我現在打算每天在家做100下仰臥起坐+20~30伏地挺身可是都是斷斷續續的~{不超過1分鐘}可能仰臥起坐做個40下之後休息個幾十秒再繼續做之後可能做個20下再喘個1分鐘這樣還是有效ㄅ?還是中途都不能休息?還是我做的次數過多{做幾下最適當}?-------------------------------------------------------
