目前正在減肥..約過了一個半月(前半個月僅飲食控制)現在幾乎少吃飯類,中午吃八分飽,晚餐先喝湯再半碗飯,吃菜居多現在幾乎每天半夜12點左右都會去游個一小時(每週至少五次,每次約10趟來回)游泳完後會做仰臥起坐(20~40不等)和伏地挺身(10~15下)持續了約一個月本來95KG現在減到了84KG可是開始有點��
